Refund and Returns policy

At MG Hair Studios in Coral Gables  we are committed to providing you with the highest quality salon services and professional hair care products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns, designed to protect both our valued clients and our business, in accordance with Florida consumer protection principles.

Services

All salon services, including but not limited to balayage, cuts, and coloring, are non-refundable. We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss a potential adjustment. Any adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of the original service. Requests made after this timeframe may be subject to additional charges.

Products

We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unopened products in their original packaging with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Opened or Used Products: For the health and safety of our clients and for hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or used, or where the quantitative amount is visibly diminished. This includes, but is not limited to, products with broken seals, removed lids, or noticeable usage.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale items, gift cards, and special-order products are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Incident Liability

MG Hair Studios carries liability insurance to cover incidents that may occur on our premises. Our priority is your safety and well-being. In the event of an incident, we will behave in accordance with our insurance policy and legal requirements to address the situation properly.

Important Disclaimer

This policy is a general guideline intended to protect our business and provide clear expectations. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange at our discretion. This policy is subject to change.
